 About Kim |
You would be hard pressed to assign just one title to Kim, as she not only manages and oversees the running of Gerard Malouf’s offices, but as Gerard Malouf’s personal assistant for over 20 years, she also works on client cases.
Having worked with Personal injury for over 26 years, Kim has obtained a wealth of knowledge and has a great understanding of the law.
When you first call the office of Gerard Malouf and want to discuss your case, Kim will be your first point of contact. Being aware of the pain people have gone through before they approach a law firm, she is able to offer both a sympathetic and listening ear.
She will then ascertain which lawyer to hand your case to, at which point the nominated lawyer will arrange for an appointment to see the client.
With offices that employs 10 lawyers, one of Kim’s roles is to ensure that each lawyer is provided with consistent workflow.
She is also responsible for the hiring of new staff as well as overseeing the administrative staff at Gerard Malouf Lawyers. |
